Special Test:

● Overload test: input ten times of full-scale current every five seconds, this action is repeated nine times. Each time is 0.5 seconds, and the test remains normal.

● Vibration test: After packaging, the meter will vibrate 1,000 times up and down 4mm per minute on the vibration plate for 10 minutes in each direction. After this test, 7-14 items remain normal.

● Impact test: After the packaging of the electric meter, it is dropped from a height of 30 cm on a 3cm thick wooden board. The X.Y.Z. three-direction test is normal.

● Reliability test "After 100,000 times of correction point current input, the current sensitivity limit is still within the standard

● Environmental impact test: temperature 50 ℃, humidity 85%, lasts 100 hours, after this test 7-14 items remain normal.

● Terminal pull test: The terminal must withstand 1 kg of pull for 60 seconds without being affected.

● Do not put the meter under direct sunlight, and store the meter in the packing box to prevent foreign matter from entering the meter.

● Soldering conditions: Put the terminal about 3 mm into a tin plate at a temperature of 230 ℃ for 3.5 seconds, and the test will remain normal

● Solder temperature: The temperature of the soldering gun is 350 ℃, the terminal is contacted for 3.5 seconds, and the front end of the terminal is about 3mm in contact with the solder gun.The test remains normal after this test.

● Anti-static: dry nylon cloth is tested three times in the same direction on the surface of the transparent cover.

● Light bulb specifications: two white LEDs 2.8-3.0V backlight board(You can also change the backlight to 12V, and we will send you divider resistors for free, just follow the method below to solder.)
