This on-camera shotgun microphone with uni-directional condenser capsule and supercardioid polar pattern, provides excellent sounds and decreases ambient noise while recording sound with greater clarity.

BY-BM3031is a supercardioid condenser Mic microphone that delivers high-quality sound for DSLRs, camcorders, audio recorders and more.

It features a three-level gain switch that provides a +20 dB boost, 0 dB unity gain, or -10 dB pad to prevent distortion from audio overload. And also features a switchable high-pass filter at 80 Hz to roll off unwanted low-frequency noise and rumble.
The lightweight mic attaches easily to any camera equipped with a 3.5mm microphone jack or to a boom pole, and integrates a built-in shock mount that helps eliminate unnecessary vibrations that create excessive backgound noise.

The BOYA BY-BM3032 is a supercardioid on-camera shotgunmicrophone offering directional audio capture, adjustable gain(10db, 0, +20d B), High Pass Filter(0HZ, 75 Hz, 150HZ) and broaddevice compatibility forvideo production, vlogging, YouTubers,and sound recordists. It also features the safety channel option on right channel which helps you select wanted sound levelwhen you are not sure how loud the audio be captured or some unexpected screeched might be.

And a selectable 5dB boost button for high frequency can alloto used in some situation, such as using microphone outside withfur windscreen.

With 3. 5mm TRS jack, the microphone can be used to capture audio for camcorders, DSLR, and portable recorders, It can run for approximately 30 hours on two AA batteries( NOT INCLUDING).
