All goods will first arrive at Singapore and then be delivered to destination country. You can track your goods from website of Singapore post air mail in this first phase. After your goods was delivered to your own country, you can track your goods from the post office of your own country with the same tracking number.

For example, if we deliver one goods to a customer who lives in Denmark, he can track his goods from Singapore post office before the goods arrives Singapore. If his goods has arrived in Denmark, he can track the goods from the website of Denmark’s post office.

1. 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. We do not replace items with an expired warranty.
