Dimensions

The dimensions we show here is the actual concrete applique dimensions, NOT the mold size.

Construction Guidance

1. We would offer free training through video conferences or by sending you the PPT guidance. 2. The mold could be used in precast or cast in place /on-site casting, we suggest using the steel bars with the concrete for safety and stability reasons. 3. There should be 3 hooks at least(Like a triangle, the more. the better) to hang the applique against the wall to make sure that it would be safe for a long period. Notes: The 1st picture is the cast in place construction and the 2nd one is the precast construction. VERY IMPORTANT THE STEELS ARE VERY MUCH IMPORTANT FOR THE STABILITY AND SAFETY, IT'S A MUCH FOR CONSTRUCTION。

Mold Service Life

1. The mold could be used for more than 50times if you maintain and use them properly as we said. 2. Plastics would worn out as time goes by, please use the M8 screws or steel wire to fasten the molds.
