We choose China air parcel free shipping carrier priority. We keep the right to choose others carrier accordingly.
But it takes around 15-40 work days after being posted. Sometimes will be delayed up to 41-60 work days 
Due to the customs or other problems, such as local weather problem,
So it is need your enough patience to wait the products. And when you choose this shipment way,
Then we think you agree to accept this delay if happen.
The 2nd: EMS, E-packet. it take about 5-20 work days; we recommend to use E-packet.
Normal we choose the china post as carrier, the same time we keep the right to choose faster carrier for you.
2. Please confirm the shipment way and payment, and we will ship the products to you as soon as possible,
then we will tell you the tracking number;Anyway, your item will be taken good care when you receive it.
3. All orders are sent in our standard packaging.  Please be sure to offer your Detail Name/Address/ Post code/telephone number,

(the time point start from you receive the item).
2 . when you get the wrong and problem items, please contact us within 3 days, and provide the confirmation proof through Video or Photos.
