[New shelves]Multi-functional micro stepper motor drive control board can drive 2-phase 4-wire and 4-phase 5-wire stepper motor.

There are four working modes for this driving control board: [1] General mode 1 [2] General mode 2 [3] Point mode [4] Automatic round trip mode

Following is the functional description of each pin on the board.

The following figure shows the installation of P4 pin cap and the corresponding working mode.

[1] General mode 1: S1 start and stop button, S2 forward and backward button, W2 potentiometer speed regulation. If the limit inversion is needed, two limit switches can be attached to the P3 pin, and contacts can be installed on the motor motion shaft, so that the motor will move back and forth between the two limit switches.

Normal mode 2: S1 forward start button, S2 reverse start button, press any key to stop. W2 potentiometer speed regulation. If limit stop is needed, two limit switches can be attached to the P3 pin, so that the motor will stop moving when it touches the limit switch, and the motor will reverse after the opposite button is clicked.

[3] Point mode: S1 press forward turn, release stop, S2 press reverse turn, release stop, W2 potentiometer speed regulation. If limit stop is needed, upper limit switch can be connected to P3.

[4] Automatic round trip mode: S1 start and stop, S2 positive and reverse, W2 potentiometer speed regulation, W1 potentiometer regulation of automatic round trip steps. After startup, the motor will automatically run back and forth within the steps adjusted by W1.

The following pictures are S1 and S2 control buttons, which have different functions under different modes. Refer to P4 pin function description specifically.

The following is a description of W2 and P2 functions

W2 motor speed regulator potentiometer, counterclockwise regulation slows down, clockwise regulation faster.

The adjusting range of W2 in slow gear is 3.125 seconds for the slowest step and 0.0625 seconds (16 steps/second) for the fastest step. The adjusting range of W2 in fast gear is 0.0625 seconds (16 steps/seconds) for the slowest step and 0.00125S (800 steps/seconds) for the fastest step.

The following illustrations illustrate the functions of W1 and P1

The W 1 automatic round trip regulator potentiometer shortens the counter-clockwise adjustment stroke and lengthens the clockwise adjustment stroke.

P1 automatic round trip adjustment expansion pin. The adjusting step range of W1 is 1-200 in short stroke gear. The adjusting step range of W1 is 200-1200 in long stroke gear.

The following figure is the function description of the P3 pin. External travel switch has different functions under various modes. Refer to P4 pin function description specifically.

The following illustrations show the functions of P5 and P6 pins.

P5 stepper motor output pin, according to your choice of 2-phase 4-wire or 4-phase 5-wire stepper motor, according to the characters on the board correctly connected to the wire.

P6 power input pin, can be connected with external DC 5V-12V power supply.

Be careful:If you wantTo change any function pins of P1, P2 and P4, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply on the board and electrify it again before the selected function will work.
