Instructions:

1, the machine is disassembled, the machine is installed according to the machine schematic

2, turn on the power, turn on the power switch, then the power indicator of the time relay is on, first adjust the time relay time to 2, 0-6 is 0-6 seconds (clockwise time becomes longer, the opposite becomes shorter)

3, put the bag you need to seal, put the heating part, use the foot to step on the pedal, the work indicator on the time relay will be on after the pedal is stepped on, after the indicator light is off, release the foot, pedal The board is automatically rebound, then take the bag out and see if the bag is welded firmly.

4, the welding is firm, just set the time on the time controller to your current preset position, you can work. If the welding is not strong, then adjust the time on the time relay to the point where you can weld it firmly.
