When you will ship out the parcel?

We will ship out the parcel within 7 days and will inform you the tracking No. once available.

If meet below holidays, the parcel will be postponed to send out.

1. Spring Festival. We will mark the day in A.D. board in advance due to every year is different.

2. National holiday from 1 Oct.  to 7 Oct. every year.

Which express you will use to send?

Normally will use Aliexpress Standard shipping to Spain, France, Netherlands and Chile. Epacket to U.S.A., European countries, Ukraine and Russia. Aramex to Kuwait for more than two items in one order. China Post Registered Air Mail to Blance countries. Meantime, if quantity is big then we will use EMS or DHL or Fedex to send.

If the product what I would like to buy is in stock?

Normally it is in stock. If you meet the one you like, please arrange payment A.S.A.P. as we only deduct the quantity of stock after received the payment. If it is out of stock we will contact you within 3 days. 

How is your after sale service?

Please contact us first instead of raise the dispute directly. We will take responsable and solve the issue for you.

We accept any return as long as you received the goods within 7 days and please keep the lable and tag is kept by the item itself. And return the gift which along within the parcel to us. Kindly noted the courier charge of the payment is beared by your side.

Can I change the item to other size?

Our replacement of the product is return the goods to us and reorder. You can save the time of waiting and choose the size you want.

However it is better to check the size before buy to avoid this change issue.

Where I return the goods?

You will find the return address after you apply the return.

How to choose the size I want?

All the garment in our store are in Chinese size and measuered in CM. There is the size data on the product page itself.  If you are still not sure about the size, please leave the message about your body size to us. We will check for you.

Can I have the real photo?

All the pictures in our store are in real. Please no worried! We don't have more photos to provide. Hope your understanding. Suggest you can reference to the buyer show.
