Tips:

Usually, you don\'t need pay custom, because we mark your dress is a sample or in a low price(about $20usd - $40usd) when we send your dresses.

However, sometimes in some countries, customs officer may be strict. We don\'t accountable the customs fee. Please understand this.

Delivery time & shipping

In most time, your dresses will be finished in about 15 days. For some urgent orders will be finished in 5-7 days. But you need pay $20 for the urgent order.

Normal, we will send your dresses through DHL, Aramex, EMS. If you have any special requirment for shipping, please let me know when your order your dresses.

DHL: 3-7 days to delivery;

Aramex: 5-8 days to delivery;

EMS: 10-20 days to delivery.

Return Policy

Please confirm your order (right size, color, style) carefully when you place the order. And we will confirm your orders in 12 hours. Please keep checking your orders after you order them.

As always, if there is a problem or if the item is unsatisfactory, please do contact us first for a quick and atisfactory resolution, such as, refund or exchange another new item for you.

Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 72 hours after receiving the item.

The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund.
We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.

It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 15 days after the return request is accepted.
