1.Hardware Properties
The boundary dimension of this equipment is 900*970*300mm. It mainly consists ofa work head, top and bottom visual systems, a work table, feeding racks, etc.
2.Specification and Installation of Suction Nozzles
This equipment adopts doubleend design, and suction heads are equipped with
different types of suction nozzles. There are No. 1, No. 2, No.3 and No. 4 suction
nozzles available. Under normal condition, No. 1 suction nozzle is the smallest, whilethe No. 4 suction nozzle is the biggest .Components corresponding to every suction nozzle are shown below.

With professional visual algorithms to determine the center of the components, calculate the position offset and angel offset so that we can pick and place efficiently.
4.Mute vacuum pump
With 2 built-in imported mute vacuum pump and a blow air pump.
5.Manual man-machine interface.
6.Chip place zone
Put the chips here, just need to set the corresponding coordinates.
7.PCB place zone
Place the PCB here while the SMT processing.
8.Exclusive development of Ethernet Device interface
Industrialstrength Ethernet interface connect conveniently to guarantee the machine reliable operation.
