  Tremolo harmonica's left and right holes are arranged as the interval of blow and draw ,the vertical two grids are of the same tone,1,3,5 are blow, 2,4,6,7 are draw(bass, alto and soprano are the same). In 24 hole scale series (including 21 hole and 16 hole), the left and right scales of the bass and soprano are all reversed arranged.this is mainly for the demand of harmony, accompaniment, etc.28 holes harmonica is the outcome of adding 3 tones on bass part on the base of 24 holes harmonica scale,through this way the harmonica can play 5,6,7,1,etc . Bass melody like violin and at the same time the harmonica is enhanced when playing the accompaniment . Additionally, due to the repeated alto “1”, the scales of bass part and alto part becomes completely same , and meanwhile, the scales of these two teams are also synchronized with the chromatic harmonica. Thereby it brings convenience to the beginners or to playing the chromatic harmonica. 

Holding the hamonica:

Generally, player uses his left and right hands to hold both ends of the harmonica respectively,that is,left hand hold the bass part and right hand hold the soprano . During the play , utilizing the action of twist to move the harmonica horizontally and leave other parts of body relaxed.

Making sound:

Tremolo harmonica makes sound through blowing and drawing the air,ordinarily via the abdominal respiration. Compared with the sound of alto part ,the mouth is more relaxed and the airflow is smaller when playing the bass, and on the contrary, the mouth is tightened and the airflow is bigger when playing the soprano. Thus volume balance and tone unification should be noticed while playing.

Playing:

Tremolo harmonica has various ways to play, those commonly ways are single tone,hand vibrato,double tone, interface harmony, accompaniment, violin imitation, lift and down of the chromatic, etc. Among them single tone is the most fundamental way to play, it has two types of single hole single tone and multi-hole single tone.

Single hole single tone: one hole one time (including the vertical two grids), the mouth shapes like speaking English letter ”O” , upper and lower lips press the harmonica and the cover plate tightly , upper and lower teeth separate, the tongue puts on the lower gum and the mouth arches like having an egg in it. During the practice, one person can make slight adjustment via changing the size of the mouth and the holding angle with the mouth to makethe sound clear. 

Multi hole single tone: open the mouth to about the distance of 7(or 9) holes,slightly smile to make the corners of mouth slightly upward to hold the harmonica, use the tongue to block the holes and leave the rightmost hole to make sound, when moving the harmonica, should maintain the mouth shape and keep the tongue position not move. 

Harmonica Health and Maintenance:

1. In order to prevent infectious diseases and keep health,please do not use other people's harmonica.

2. Please rinse the mouth or brush teeth before playing harmonica to prevent small object in mouth put into harmonica.

3. Please don't play harmonica strongly to protect your harmonica reeds.

4. Slightly tap out saliva and wipe mouthpiece and cover plates after playing,then put harmonica into the case.

5. Please do not let your harmonica affected by the impact of external force.

6. Do not wipe your harmonica with any solvent,this could cause harmonica damage.
