3.How to measure

Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress.

5.Making time and Shipping time

Normally,we need 15 days to finish the dress,if you need the dress urgently,please tell us and we can finish it sooner.

Shipping usually takes 7-10 working days.

6.Order Modification and Cancellation.

If you need to change something of your order or cancel your order after you pay,please contact us in 24 hours after you pay,as we begin to make the dress in the next day you pay.

Cancellation in 24 hours will get full refund,cancellation after 24 hours will get 50% refund,thank you for your understanding.

7.Dress Exchange and Return

Please kindly contact us in 7 days after you get the dress if there is any problem . Any overdue complain won't be handled. 

Dress can be exchanged for free,customers just need to pay for the shipping cost for shipping back and forth.

For returned dress,shipping cost and 40% of handling fee will be deducted from the full payment.
