Trouble Shooting

The ink cartridges are remanufactured, it is possible that the printer shows “NO INK” or “EMPTY” and the ink indication lights blink on printer. Ignore it and press “OK” to continue printing, be assured all our ink cartridges are filled with ink.

When the printer shows “ERROR” or “NOT RECOGNIZE” it is possible that the ink cartridges are not installed in position, or the chip is dirty and not good contacted with printer. Please clean the ink cartridge chip (contact point) with eraser or alcohol cotton swab, also clean the contact point on the printer. Install the cartridges again.

Press “Stop/Reset” botton on the printer for 5 seconds and the printer should reset ink cartridge information. If not work or your printer does not have this button, cut off the power of printer for 3 minutes and restart, the ink cartridges should be recognized.

Contact us if the problem still exist after you tried 2-3 times of the above efforts.
