Works perfectly fine on the latest version of Windows 10 and Windows 11 after the now optional IrDA support is installed.

The equipment not came as described! After the order to dispute, the seller accepted but the AliExpress not generated the label to return Brazilian post office! Is impractical to return due to freight be expensive

After buying the seller change the product description for Windows 10 ingeria 2019

if you use official windows 10 system, it should be 2019 version or before version.

if your microsoft has an infrared patch, you can use for win10 or even win11 systerm.
