Function introduction:

◆ One-key measurement operation, automatic power off after delay. Support battery operation.

◆ Automatically detect PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N and P channel MOSFETs, JFET field effect transistors, diodes, double diodes, SCRs, resistors, capacitors, and inductors. Automatically detect pin definitions.

◆ Measure the current amplification factor (B) of the bipolar transistor and the conduction voltage (Uf) of the emitter junction. Darlington transistors can be identified by high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.

◆ The protection diodes inside bipolar transistors and MOSFETs can be detected and displayed on the screen.

◆ Measure the threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET.

◆ Support the measurement of two resistances, and the potentiometer can also be measured. If the potentiometer is adjusted to one end of it, the tester cannot distinguish the pins in the middle and both ends.

◆ The resolution of resistance measurement is 0.1 ohm, and the highest measurement value is 50M ohm.

◆ The capacitance measurement range is from 25pf to 100mF (100,000 UF). If the DC resistance of the inductor is higher than 2100 ohms, it will also be displayed as a resistance.

◆ It can detect the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of capacitors above 2UF with a resolution of 0.01 ohm. This function is very important for detecting capacitance performance.

◆ Two diodes can be displayed in the correct direction, and the forward voltage drop can be displayed at the same time.

◆ The LED is detected as a diode, and the forward voltage drop is higher than the normal value. The double LED is detected as a double diode. The light-emitting diode will flash during detection.

◆ The time for each test is about two seconds, only large capacitance and inductance measurements will take a long time.

Correction method:

Short-circuit the three test terminals, enter the test, the screen prompts the calibration steps. When prompted to disconnect and short-circuit the three test terminals, the calibration will continue. When prompted to connect a capacitor of 100nF or more to pins 1-3, the program will automatically enter the next step after connecting a non-polarized capacitor of 100nF or more. The calibration can be completed by restarting until the calibration is completed.

17 Zener diode can be detected if the reverse breakdown voltage is lower than 4.5V. Will show as two diodes.

18 Only one measurement is required to find out the connection of the full bridge.

19 Capacitors less than 25pf cannot be detected, but it can be connected in parallel with a diode or capacitors greater than 25pf. Subtract the parallel capacitance value from the measurement result.

20 If the resistance is lower than 2100 ohms, the inductance will be measured, and the range will be 0.01mH--20H, but the accuracy is not good.

21 The test time is about two seconds. The capacitance and inductance measurement will increase with the increase of the value, and the measurement time will be prolonged.
