The packaging was crushed. The device is not new, it has traces of use but above all it does not work properly. It is detected one out of three times and when it is detected it can't work for more than a minute or two. When you pass a tag, it stops working. and emits electronic noise. According to the seller, this overheating is normal like any electronic device and advises me to disconnect it and wait for it to cool before reconnecting it (no, it's not a joke.). Dishonest seller.

The truth is that I have gone crazy with this. The light turns on when it wants and sometimes goes green when it puts a label. Others don't. It doesn't go back to red when removing it either. It's my first time experimenting with this, so I'm not sure about anything, but I think it's about the software and not the Clover, in fact, in the end I managed to clone skylanders with it, so I deduce it works properly. The shipment was fast. Although I have delayed the comment to prove it well before. So good seller, I recommend it.
